Navigator’s Valet Team Member Alphonso (Al) Reeves Awarded the VA Customer Gold Service Star

On April 13, 2026, Navigator International, LLC’s Valet Team member, Alphonso (Al) Reeves supporting the Charlie Norwood Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia was individually recognized for his outstanding customer service by the award of the VA Augusta Health Care System’s Customer Gold Service Star.

On April 13, 2026, Navigator International, LLC’s Valet Team member, Alphonso (Al) Reeves supporting the Charlie Norwood Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia was individually recognized for his outstanding customer service by the award of the VA Augusta Health Care System’s Customer Gold Service Star.

In an accompanying letter, Sandra Weaver, the Administrative Officer/COR VA Police further stated:
